13 Feb SERRA GRANDE – 11 FEBRUARY 2020 – DEPENDENTS
Dad’s going to leave tomorrow. The last few days have been a little tense between us. In Aldeia he felt dependent and prison-like.
We are all dependent on the community boat, but prisoners we are not. We’re staying in Aldeia because we want to!
My father didn’t want to stay in Aldeia but he came to spend time with us, so he had no choice.
Anyway, his biggest challenge was not the snakes and tarantulas hoovering him, but mosquitos.
During this time of the year, there are four types of mosquitoes that give four types of different itches.
He enjoyed them all!
Today we left Aldeia to spend his last days in Brasil out of the jungle.
We visited our Romanian friends, the Dobrestii and stayed overnight in Serra Grande.
The evening has flowed with good vibrations, accompanied by grilled fish with polenta and garlic sauce.
Who is saying that beer and watermelon don’t go well together is a fool and don’t have the belly cool!
Other than that, nothing, all’s good…

DEPENDENTI
I-am vizitat pe prietenii nostri romani, Dobrestii si am ramas peste noapte in Serra Grande.
Bine, poate-n cur!
In fine, in rest, nimic, toate bune…
