I am very grateful to the Universe that I can take time almost every day to walk the dogs on the beach with Lavinia. Almost every time Becka is coming after us, running by us and then climbing the first tree she encounters. 

Our cat is free all the time. Where we can, we leave Oscar free too. In Portugal once some people took him to the police. We paid the fine for losing him. 

We lost Oscar again in Tarica, Bolivia. We were traveling with an Argentinian friend who helped us find him. He went to the police with Carla to declare him missing. The policeman laughed and said they were not dealing with missing animals, if he was no human then it was not their problem. 

They announced, however, the missing dog through their radio stations. Oscar came back by himself two hours later. 

Becka went missing in Chile. We were in a parking lot in the middle of Iquique. Here the social media networks helped us, she showed up at a nearby hostel. When we arrived and opened the door she jumped in the car. 

The nastiest episode was when Oscar bit a 3-year-old girl. She walked by the car, she stumbled and fell on him. Woke up startled, he bit her. 

The parents were very understanding and the incident didn’t escalate. 

We neutered Becka before hitting the road this time, after she gave birth 5 times, twice in Peru and 3 times in Brazil. 

Once she gave birth in the car, we had to stop for three weeks to take care of the cubs. The hardest is with Piccolina, she barks at everybody and if she escapes the leash we can’t catch her. 

All this taken into consideration, it’s still very nice to travel accompanied by animals, it gives the family a very nice dynamic. 

They spice up and double the memorable moments. Today we took them to the beach. Meanwhile, Carla cooked simple rice with broccoli. 

The rice was perfect, but a little too salty! ?

ANIMALELE DE COMPANIE

Sunt foarte recunoscator universului ca-mi pot lua timp aproape zilnic pe plaja cu Lavinia, plimband cainii. De cele mai multe ori ne urmareste si Becka, trecand in fuga pe langa noi si sarind in primul copac pe care-l intalneste in cale. 

Pisica noastra este libera tot timpul. Unde putem, il lasam si pe Oscar liber. In Portugalia ni s-a intamplat o data sa-l ia niste oameni sa-l duca la politie. Am platit amenda ca l-am pierdut. 

L-am mai pierdut pe Oscar si in Tarica, Bolivia. Calatoream impreuna cu un prieten argentinian care ne-a ajutat sa-l gasim. A fost la politie cu Carla ca sa-l declare pierdut. Politia a ras si a spus ca ei nu se ocupa de animale, daca nu e om si nu a disparut, nu-i problema lor. Au anuntat totusi disparitia prin statie. Oscar insa s-a intors singur dupa doua ore. 

Becka a disparut in Chile. Eram intr-o parcare din centrul orasului Iquique.

Aici retelele de socializare ne-au ajutat, aparuse la un hostel din zona. Cand am ajuns si am deschis usa, ne-a sarit in masina.

Cel mai nasol moment a fost cand Oscar a muscat o fetita de 3 ani. Fetita a trecut pe langa masina si a cazut pe el. Trezit din somn, Oscar s-a speriat si a muscat-o. Parintii au fost super ok si incidentul nu a mers mai departe.

Pe Becka am castrat-o inainte sa plecam la drum, dupa ce-a nascut de 5 ori, de doua ori in Peru si de trei ori in Brazilia. 

O data a nascut in masina, a trebuit sa ne oprim trei saptamani sa avem grija de puii nou nascuti.

Cel mai greu ne este cu Piccolina, care latra la toata lumea si daca o scapam din lesa nu o mai putem prinde.

Una peste alta este foarte misto sa calatoresti cu animalele, confera familiei o dinamica senzationala. Condimenteaza si dubleaza momentele de neuitat.

Astazi am fost cu ei pe plaja. Intre timp Carla a gatit un orez simplu si broccoli.

Orezul a fost perfect, dar cam sarat! ?
